Job description

 We have a great new opportunity for a Business Technology Support Officer to join an international Financial Services Provider! 

As the Technology Support Officer you will be providing technical support to end users and be the first point of contact for incidents, troubleshooting systems and monitoring network systems. You will also be assisting users via phone calls, teams or onsite and setting up new users and hardware. 

Ideally you possess a minimum of 3 years' experience within a Service Desk position and knowledge of ISTM Applications.
