Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a real impact in the FMCG Industry?

Our client has a great opportunity for an IT Operations Support Officer to join them!

In this role you will be logging and prioritising service calls, troubleshooting system issues and carrying out diagnosis, monitoring IT ticketing system and technical documentation. You will also be tracking computer licenses and preparing equipment for new employees.
