Our client who is a leading Financial Institution on the Maltese Islands is currently looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join them!

In this role you will be assisting with the recruitment process for open vacancies, conducting first stage interviews and supporting with the onboarding of new employees. You will also be providing administrative assistance to the HR department and following up with candidates.

Ideally you have experience within Recruitment or Human Resources and have a strong understanding of recruitment processes with Fluency in both Maltese and English.
