Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join its IT team.

As an IT Support Specialist you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal staff on various hardware and software related matters via various channels (IT Service Helpdesk, phone, email, in-person) and manage and track support requests using a Helpdesk ticketing system.

Ideally you possess certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
