We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations to join a dynamic and innovative company to play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring the seamless integration of our products and services across all distribution channels. This role is central to achieving the company’s strategic objectives and enhancing customer relationships.

The Head of Operations will lead and manage all aspects of distribution to support business growth and efficiency. You will ensure seamless integration of products and services across all distribution channels and collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to align operations with strategic objectives. Enhancing customer relationships through effective operational management and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and performance are also key aspects of this role.

If you are someone with proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably within the insurance sector, strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams, we wish to speak with you.
