Are you experienced within Customer Service?

We are supporting a leading Technology company who are looking for a Front-Line Agent to join their team!

As the Front-Line Agent, you will be the first point of contact for incoming queries and issues, escalating issues to management when required, maintaining client records and ongoing support tickets. You will also be analysing incident reports and highlight any trends.
