We are currently supporting a leading Financial Services Provider who are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Agent to join their team!

As the Customer Care Agent, you will be the first line of support for insurance customers and handling all incoming calls and emails, issuing and collecting documentation as well as supporting internal departments with ongoing customer queries.
