In this role, you will advise clients on restructuring and new set-ups and assist with accounting and tax reviews. You will hold directorial and secretarial roles under the company's CSP license. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning deliverables, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key requirements include deep knowledge of Maltese accounting and tax regulations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
