Our client are recruiting for experienced engineers to lead steel and aluminium fabrication operations in marine shipyard and industrial environments.

In this position, you will be managing a team of 10, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring quality control and safety compliance, coordinating fabrication projects, reviewing technical drawings, and liaising with customers.

Proven experience in steel and aluminium fabrication, leadership skills, and technical expertise are required. The ideal candidate counts on a background in marine shipbuilding or heavy industry sectors.
