Job description

Our client, operating within the Financial Services sector, is looking to onboard a Head of Onboarding.

As the Head of Onboarding, you will be responsible for the onboarding process of new clients, including documentation review, KYC/AML checks, screening, and account setup. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and procedures is crucial. You will oversee the Onboarding teams, training material, and conduct regular coaching sessions. Liaising with EDD teams and the Head of Compliance, building relationships with key stakeholders, and continuously improving onboarding processes are also part of your responsibilities.

You should have a professional qualification in KYC, KYB, or AML, or 6+ years' relevant experience. Experience in leading and developing large teams is required. Onboarding experience within a financial institution or large service provider is necessary. Experience in creating interactive training sessions on Risk, EDD, and onboarding is essential. You should be competent in coaching and feedback, with a strong understanding of KYC/AML requirements and payment institution regulations.
