As the Finanancial Controller you will be assisting and managing the team on a daily basis, preparing yearly budgets and month end procedures. You will also be managing cash flow and financial statement preparation as well as ensuring the financial integrity of the company is secure through policies and procedures.

Ideally you are a Qualified Accountant with experience within property development.
