We are currently supporting International Services Provider who are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Agent to join their Malta based team!

As the Customer Support Agent, you will be answering customer queries and issues through multiple platforms, managing support tickets and prioritising ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. You will also be escalating any issues to management when necessary.
