We are currently looking for a Corporate Associate to enhance the Corporate Department of one of Malta's leading law firms. 

As a Corporate Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. The role will also include advising and assisting clients with general corporate and commercial law matters. 

If you are warranted to practice law in Malta and you have at least 2 years of experience in corporate law, this is the right opportunity for you!
