We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Advisor to join a team of professionals. 

As a Corporate Advisor, you will be collaborating on corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating legal documents, planning corporate restructurings, and providing regulatory advice to clients.

The preferred candidate must possess a warrant to practice law in Malta, be fluent in both written and verbal English, and have at least 1 year of experience in the corporate industry.
