Our client, operating within the financial services sector, is seeking a diligent and motivated Compliance Analyst to join their growing team!

As a Compliance Analyst, you will assist in conducting compliance monitoring reviews, extracting and compiling data for reports, and supporting the Head of Compliance in supervising daily activities to ensure regulatory compliance. This role involves keeping employees informed about the latest compliance laws and assisting in the review and drafting of policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary or tertiary education in finance, 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, ideally knowledge of MFSA regulations and Maltese financial services legislation. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Suite are essential.
