Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Claims Handler on behalf of our client, who operates within the insurance industry.

In this role, you will handle claims, gather and process information to support the effective assessment of more complex cases, and manage a portfolio of recovery files. Adherence to the company's Complaint Management process is essential.

Ideally, you have proven experience in claims handling within the insurance sector, the ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage complex cases, and strong organisational and communication skills.
