Collaborating with senior leadership, you will set develop and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering coupled with proven leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. You should possess excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence and growth. Experience in the maritime or power solutions sectors is highly desirable.
