Job description

We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join a leading Financial Institution.

As the Administrative Assistant you will be assisting the department on a daily basis with maintaining statistical data and drafting legal letters, answering emails and scheduling meetings. You will also be maintaining files and preparing meeting packs and training sessions.

Ideally you have an A Level Standard of Education with 2 years’ experience in an Administrative position with Fluency in both Maltese and English.
