Are you looking for a new opportunity? Our client, specializing in Mechanical and Electrical Installations and Maintenance, is seeking an Accounts Executive to join their team.

You will be responsible for issuing invoices and statements, monitoring receivables and payables, issuing payments, and maintaining and reconciling expense schedules. Additionally, you will participate in report formulation and presentation, perform bank reconciliations, and handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording invoices and payments. Accurate record-keeping and knowledge of managing a Works In Progress program would be considered an asset. You will also maintain and reconcile the general ledger and prepare necessary working documentation.
