Charlotte has been at Reed for over a year as a candidate-focused consultant, providing support to the temporary division by timely sourcing candidates, screening for the best talent, and organizing interviews with our client businesses. Charlotte ensures the screening of all documentation and temporary payroll of candidates, and also provides support in the candidate attraction to our permanent vacancies. She applies her recruitment expertise to both candidates on their CV formatting and clients on creating attractive job adverts.
Charlotte is also responsible for the running of the social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram) to effectively maintain our engagement with current and prospective clients and candidates.
